Great location! We drove in and were able to book via the hotel a parking spot at a garage nearby. As for seeing the sights of Verona - everything was extremely walkable. We took a very easy stroll down to the main part of town where tons of restaurants, shopping, ancient ruins and sights were all together. We could see the Juliet balcony and get some shopping in. The staff was extremely friendly and offered a great recommendation for dinner that was not touristy at all and had delicious food. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night, and felt very secure given the extra security doors on the hotel itself. Though it is a little hard to find - there's not a big sign that jumps out at you from the street. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of items. The neighborhood also had lots of restaurants and bars - my husband and I stopped by a Bavarian bar on our way back from the tourist area and had a great drink before heading to bed.

Great location just a short walk to all the sights and also short walk to the station. On arrival I was greeted by Patricia who made me feel very welcome. I was very early and was expecting to just leave my luggage and come back later to check in. However Patricia informed me that my room would only be ten minutes and kindly got me a coffee while I waited. This was so helpful as I had a full day planned in Verona and saved me coming back. I also chatted with Elizia who was so friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more to make my stay a very pleasant one. Also the guy (sorry didn’t get his name) who was on reception also was friendly and the girls in the restaurant where too. And a lovely selection was on offer for breakfast. My room was spotlessly clean and had a nice comfortable bed. What was very important to me as a solo traveler I felt safe and looked after. Thank you all for a lovely stay. Marian.

Very good selection for breakfast, eggs, ham, cheese, breads, pastries, cakes, yogurt, fruit, fruit juices and the frittata was excellent so was the coffee. Larger bedroom and en-suite than other Verona hotels we have stayed in. 10/15 minute walk to the castle, piazza bra and arena, 20 minutes to piazza Erbee. If you want to be right in the centre then this isn’t the hotel for you, but for us it was perfect, very quiet and away from the maddening crowd. Check in 2pm arrived 10am and allowed to leave our bags in secure area so we could go exploring, also checkout is 11 am we had a late flight and was allowed to leave bags till 7pm. Reception called a taxi for us arrived within minutes, 20/25 minutes to airport cost 32 euros 4 adults and luggage. Shuttle bus from/to airport 7 euros each way!

The location was near to the main tourist attractions, we were shown the best route to take and the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed. It was good to talk with the hotel staff, they were all very welcoming. It was a shame we had rain as the Secet Garden looked very sweet. I also hope the little rescued bird manages to migrate this summer! So very cute.

Excellent location 10 mn walk to the main attractions of the city, staff really available for every need we had (water for tea, taxi, indication to lake di Garda). Plants everywhere and antiques that gave a cozy look. Really nice breakfats with everything and nice staff. Bathroom entirely new, heaters fully functional, clean room, super comfortable beds. We really enjoyed it.
